தனம் பற்றி
அனைத்து சென்னைக்கும் உணவுக்கான முக்கியமான திட்டங்களில் ஒன்று தனம். கிராமப்புறங்களில் அதன் தலையீட்டை மேம்படுத்தும் நோக்கத்துடன் 2021 ஆம் ஆண்டில் தசரிகுன்னாதூர் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டது. கிராமங்களில் தலையிடுவதற்கான முன்னுரிமைப் பகுதிகள் சுகாதாரம், சுகாதாரம் மற்றும் சுகாதாரம் மற்றும் பெண்கள் மற்றும் குழந்தைகளின் நிலையான வளர்ச்சி ஆகியவை முக்கிய மையமாக இருக்கும். மக்களின் வாழ்க்கையை மேம்படுத்தும் பொருட்டு கிராமத்தில் சுகாதாரம், சுகாதாரம் மற்றும் கழிவு மேலாண்மை தொடர்பான பல முயற்சிகள் விரைவில் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும். தசரிகுன்னாதூரின் தத்தெடுப்பு 2021 ஏப்ரல் 11 ஆம் தேதி உலகின் விடியல் அறக்கட்டளையின் நிறுவனர் திருமதி லட்சுமி கிருஷ்ணகுமார் அவர்களால் முறையாகத் திறக்கப்பட்டது
ஏன் தசரிக்குநாதூர்
சுமார் 70 பேர் மட்டுமே வசிக்கும் காஞ்சிபுரம் மாவட்டத்தில் தசரிக்குநாதூர் அமைந்துள்ளது. சென்னையின் புறநகரில் உள்ள இந்த கிராமத்தில் மின்சாரம் மற்றும் சுகாதாரம் போன்ற அடிப்படைத் தேவைகள் இன்னும் இல்லை, இது வாழும் மக்களுக்கு முக்கிய பிரச்சினையாக உள்ளது. வேலைகளின் போது தங்கள் நாளைக் கழிக்க அவர்களுக்கு சரியான தங்குமிடம் இல்லை. கொரோனா வெடித்தபின் தனிநபர்களின் வாழ்க்கை அழிக்கப்பட்டு, இரண்டாவது அலை அவர்களுக்கும் பெரும் வேதனையை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. இந்த கிராமவாசிகள் பழங்குடி சமூகத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள், விவசாயம் / கட்டுமானப் பணிகள் மூலம் தினசரி ஊதிய முறைமையில் பணியாற்றும் முக்கிய வருமானம். கிராமவாசிகளில் பெரும்பாலோர் தங்கள் முதல் தலைமுறையை கல்வியறிவு பெறுவதும், நிலையான வாழ்க்கையை வாழ நல்ல வேலைவாய்ப்பைப் பெறுவதும் மட்டுமே விரும்புகிறார்கள். அரசாங்கம் இந்த சமூக மக்களுக்கு உதவினாலும் அவர்களின் தேவைகளை பூர்த்தி செய்ய இது போதாது. இந்த சமூகங்களின் அடிப்படை அத்தியாவசியங்களை பூர்த்தி செய்ய பைலட் ஆய்வு செய்ய கிட்டத்தட்ட மூன்று மாதங்கள் ஆனது
PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT
A majority of the villages in the country still face constraints such as access to education, sanitation, health facilities, drinking water, power, roads and unemployment. Against this background, adoption of especially villages in backward regions through preparation of Village Development Plans (VDPs) would go a long way in ensuring holistic and integrated development of the villages concerned. The objective of Dhanam is to develop the selected village in an integrated manner. This would include economic development, infrastructure development and other aspects of human development i.e., education, sanitation, health, drinking water supply, etc., besides access. For a holistic and integrated development of a village through synergy and convergence, involvement of various agencies such as Government departments, Panchayati Raj Institutions, Banks, NGOs and other Peoples’ Organization’s and developmental agencies is considered imperative. In order to synergies and coordinate this process, identification of a nodal agency is considered essential, but not a per-requisite for implementation of the plana and primarily upbeat our core value "To reach the un reached A conceptual model village is a modern, secular, democratic system empowered with prosperous and harmonious life suffused with human values sublimated with spiritual inspiration. The model village should also have a self-propelling model for ensuring growth with equality and social justice within the participatory framework. The model villages will play a vital role and transform all the present forms of villages into self-dependent, self-sufficient and supporting units which ultimately augment the overall development of the country. The making of a model village entails ensuring selfreliance in all aspects of education, Community Health, Self-employment & Sustainable Livelihood as well as easy access to avail benefits of government programs and scheme for the populace to ensure all round development of the village community with an improved and sustainable approach. With this concept, one village in the outskirts of Chennai has been selected based on the priority criteria to transform to a model village for the entire Tamil Nadu state. The objective of this program is to improvise the socioeconomic status of the entire village community by ensuring access to better health, education, and livelihood without any discrimination. The concept behind this proposal of model village development generated realizing the critical socioeconomic status of the village residing in a remote area and backward village in and around Chennai, Tamil Nadu. People found themselves unsecured continuously struggling for their survival. Deprived of rights which they deserved; needed for their development due to ignorance, remoteness of the area and corrupt and failure government program delivery system. No such initiatives were taken with an integrated approach on a wider scale by any government or non government agencies to work effortlessly to bring improvement for the socioeconomic and community empowerment. Realizing these facts and the prime need of the rural community, especially in remote areas, the drive behind this project to develop a village as a model adopting an integrated development approach to demonstrate to the government and other working institutions/organizations for its adaptation and replication in other villages of Tamil Nadu state. The duration of the project is about 5 years to fulfill the objective of this program.
